Over the course of several years, MICT has successfully rebuilt our network while staying within our budget, delivering outstanding results that have significantly improved our operations. Previously, Liverpool Chamber were logging an average of 35 IT support jobs per day. However, since engaging MICT, we have witnessed a remarkable transformation in the reduction to only three to four support tickets per week on average. This dramatic decrease has freed up our resources, allowing us to focus on other vital aspects of our organisation.
